A full lease may be available depending on the horse. Please inquire for details.

Maggie: 26 year old Appaloosa mare 15.1h. Maggie would be absolutely perfect for a

little handled student. Safe and quiet, Maggie loves to be brushed and loved on- she stands quietly on cross ties and is very well behaved for grooming and tacking. She can pack nearly any rider on a lunge line with confidence. Maggie is comfortable carrying a nervous rider calmly. Walk/Trot, Weight limit 100 pounds including tack. Requires a strong intermediate rider off the lunge line, because she is sensitive and responsive to the aids. She would do best with the support of a more experienced handler because she can sometimes be pushy while leading.

Bella: 12 year old Quarter Horse mare 15h. Bella is a really fun little mare to ride and work with, who enjoys a confident, sensitive rider who understands how to feel what the horse is doing and correctly and quietly apply the aids to help her. She enjoys trail riding with other horses and has a big, goofy personality. She is super smart and knows how to open most of the stall and pasture gates! (although we don't really think that's a good thing!). Bella was a rescue horse who was not treated well at some point in her life, and needs a partner who can recognize when she is getting worried about what she is being asked to do and calmly help her through it. Bella is quiet, rarely spooks, is much more of a push ride, and can sit in the pasture for a few months, and then be pulled out and hop right on. She's an awesome little horse!

Black: 16 year old Percheron gelding 16.1h. Black is a fun walk trot horse who LOVES to trail ride! He is safe going out alone or with others. He tolerates arena work, but would love to have a friend to take him out and enjoy the trails with! He would do best with an advanced beginner + who enjoys a big, forward moving horse. That being said, he has safely packed first time riders in the arena and on trail without issues.

Rio: 17 year old Black and White tobiano APHA stallion 14.3h. Fun winter project! Rio is a very sweet, generally well mannered stallion. He is green under saddle, is very easy going, enjoys work, and is a push ride. Not currently in work and would love to have a job! Would require someone with experience

handling stallions and training green horses. Would consider a sale to the perfect home. Rio has his stallion card through APHA.
